As a part of Heraeus, the precious metals and technology group headquartered
in Hanau, Germany, Heraeus Sensor Technology is a competence center for
platinum thin-film sensors within the Heraeus Group. Typical applications
for such sensors include the measurement of temperature, flow, humidity or
