Ball-Tech
Kugeltechnik GmbH

The company ball-tech Kugeltechnik GmbH was founded in April 1992. Its purpose is the production and sale of half hollow balls, hollow and solid balls.

Only one year after the foundation of the company, it had to extend its capacities in response to the great demand. A building was thus leased in Mommenheim near Mainz for production and storage.

When it became clear that even here it would not be possible to fulfil the constantly rising demand, an even larger production and storage facility had to be built.

A site was acquired in Undenheim (between Mainz and Alzey) in 1995 and a hall was built. Within only 6 months of starting construction it was ready for occupation.

After moving to the new building we were able to respond more quickly to the increasing demands for our products.

Nowadays we serve the whole of Europe and have been operating globally now for some years.

The hollow balls are joined using deep-drawn half hollow balls and welding.
Then they are ground and, depending on the requirements of the customer, polished or finished with a different surface.

The materials used are:

- Steel AISI 286
- V2A AISI 304
- V4A AISI 316
- Brass
- Copper (only available as a half hollow ball)

The hollow and half hollow balls are available in sizes ranging from 30 mm to 835 mm in almost all materials.

Other sizes are also available on equest.

Through constant optimum quality and ability to deliver we have acquired the reputation of a class-A supplier.

Test certificates can be produced any time for all of the materials used.
